Once you have chosen your original watch, you will see a list of available custom concepts that our artists can paint onto the dial. Each concept is unique and adds a personalized touch to your watch. Remember, the watch and the concept need to be paired, so choose a concept that complements your chosen watch.

Note: If you're interested in buying more than one watch, you will need to select a concept for each watch separately before proceeding.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

After you have paired each of your chosen watches with a concept, proceed to checkout to finalize your purchase. Here you'll provide your shipping and payment information. Once your purchase is confirmed, our skilled watchmakers and artists will start to work on your custom watch.

Step 4: The Artistry Phase

This is when the magic happens! Our artists will take apart your watch and begin to hand-paint your chosen concept onto the dial. This process is meticulous and time-consuming, but it ensures the utmost quality and uniqueness for your custom watch. The entire process can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days.

Step 5: Delivery of Your Custom Watch

After your watch has been artfully customized, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your provided address. You'll receive tracking information so you can anticipate its arrival.
