What is the delivery time for a customized watch?
After you've placed your order, our artists require 10 to 20 days to hand-paint your chosen concept onto the dial. Following this, it will be shipped to your provided address. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For more information, please check our Shipping Policy.
What type of warranty do you provide on customized watches?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover normal wear and tear.
