What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. We provide free returns. Removing protective stickers from watches voids the return policy. Customized watches are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins. Bespoke timepieces are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed. More details on our Return Policy page.
What does your warranty offer?
All items purchased from IFL come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty diligently covers any manufacturer defects, ensuring your peace of mind as you enjoy our creations.
Please be aware, the warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear.
