Price Adjustments and Order Correction

We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders, and handle final sales as needed. In cases where a listed price is incorrect, IFL Watches may need to cancel the purchase and issue a refund in the most suitable manner. Such corrections or cancellations can be made at any time.

Right to Return

Consumers are entitled to return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product and its original packaging are in the same condition as when received. A restocking fee of 30 USD applies to all returns. This does not apply to products that are made to order, such as those from our Bespoke Timepieces Collection, or customized through our Bespoke Watch Service. These products are final sale due to their personalized nature and are not eligible for returns or refunds once the order is confirmed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact IFL Watches for a return address. We offer free returns on all products. In the event of receiving a damaged item, notify us within 7 days of receipt for a prompt resolution.

Dynamic Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. This flexibility allows us to continuously offer the best products and deals.

Service Changes

Delivery Acceptance Responsibility: You are responsible for accepting delivery of your order at the provided address. If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package from the delivery service, resulting in the package being returned to us, you will be liable for all associated costs including original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, handling charges, and any additional fees. These costs will be deducted from any refund processed.

Our bespoke watch service allows for the personalization of watches according to specific customer specifications. The following conditions apply:

• Prepayment Requirement: Payment in full is required prior to the initiation of any customization services.
• Non-refundable: Once the customization process has commenced, the payment becomes non-refundable.
• Legal Disclaimer: The service provider disclaims any legal liability towards the trademark or product owner. The service is executed solely at the request and responsibility of the customer.
• Acceptance of Terms: The customer's payment for the service signifies acceptance of these terms, affirming the agreement to the non-returnable and non-refundable nature of the customized product.

Bespoke Timepieces

Our bespoke timepieces collection consists of limited production watches that are manufactured on an order-by-order basis.

• Made to Order: Each timepiece is individually produced following the placement of an order.
• Non-returnable: Due to their custom and limited-edition nature, these timepieces are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.
• Final Sale: The completion of a purchase is deemed as the customer’s acceptance of the sale as final, acknowledging the absence of eligibility for return or refund.

Warranty

Original Watches

• These watches retain the manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranty terms and duration may vary by manufacturer and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Customized Watches

• Original Warranty Transition: Customizing an original watch voids the manufacturer's warranty.
• Our Warranty Commencement: Our warranty starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.
• Coverage: Covers defects arising from the customization process.

Accessories

• Warranty Commencement: Our warranty starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.
• Coverage: Covers manufacturing defects.

General Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Additional Warranty Terms

• Warranty term: 2 years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers defects on the product itself. Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty.
• To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
• Note: repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term:
• Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing etc.)
• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
• Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
• Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; )
• This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Claims (Applicable to Customized Watches and Accessories)

• If you encounter an issue, contact our customer service team with your order details.
• We'll guide you through the process to assess and rectify any defects covered under our warranty.

Discounts and Promo Codes

To apply a discount or promo code on your purchase, please enter the code during the checkout process. This ensures that the discount is valid and correctly applied to your order.

Any attempts to add a promo code after the purchase has been completed will not be honored.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic confirmation of your purchase to your e-mail address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order.

We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

Taxes

Exclusions from Price

Prices displayed on iflwatches.com are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
