Independent Swiss Watchmaking, Hand-Painted
Our Oris collection features hand-painted timepieces built on the Divers Sixty-Five and Aquis platforms. Each dial is individually painted by our artists using UV-resistant paints. As one of the few remaining independent Swiss watch manufacturers, Oris provides a strong mechanical foundation — automatic movements, sapphire crystals, and genuine dive-watch construction.
Oris is one of the few independent Swiss manufacturers still dedicated to mechanical watches. The Divers Sixty-Five captures vintage diving heritage in a slim, wearable profile with 100m water resistance. The Aquis delivers professional dive capability with 300m water resistance and a ceramic bezel. Our artists work across both platforms — from bold designs like the Candyman to oceanic themes like the Atlantis.
Each Oris dial is hand-painted using UV-resistant paints that hold up through daily wear and water exposure. After painting, certified watchmakers reassemble each piece to factory specifications, ensuring the automatic movement, water resistance, and rotating bezel function as Oris intended. The stainless steel cases and sapphire crystals remain untouched.
Oris watches are built as tool watches — rated for serious depth, with robust cases and reliable Swiss automatic movements. Our customisation adds hand-painted artwork to the dial while preserving everything else. The result is a watch that performs exactly as the factory built it, with a dial that no factory could produce.
