This is the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph 50th Anniversary in rose gold reference 26715OR with a "Blue Nuit Grande Tapisserie" dial color. 

Made in 2022, it marks the 50th birthday of the Royal Oak watch series. This watch is unique because of its rose gold body and bracelet, and the iconic blue patterned face. It also has a stopwatch feature.
